Artist in Residence
ReMida is committed to the development and support of sustainable arts practice in WA.
The aim of the Artist in Residence program is to encourage practicing artists to develop a work or series of works utilising the wealth of materials ReMida has to offer.
We seek artists who approach the issue of sustainability within their work or who have an interest in exploring the use of industrial discards and found objects within their practices.
RESIDENCY BENEFITS As a part an artist’s residency with us, ReMida will provide: •Access to materials throughout the duration of your residency •Posts on our social media channels •Options for online engagement with the ReMida Perth community which can include but is not limited to social media take-overs, online exhibitions and live streamed artist talks or workshops.
