Volunteering at ReMida
Volunteering at ReMida is a great way to support our materials, education and Jellyfish Plastics Programs. There are opportunities for people of all ages, skills and abilities.
Material processing, sorting and display

Volunteers play a key role in transforming the materials that ReMida receives into useful, accessible items for educators, artists and crafters. Investing time into ReMida materials helps members, visitors and guests get the most from their ReMida experience.
Flexible, self-paced tasks
There's space at ReMida to find a task that resonates with your interests, while also directly benefiting our materials program. You are welcome to nominate the days and times you're available to volunteer, there is no minimum hours commitment.

Support sustainable education and arts activities

ReMida's materials are primarily used in community-based education and arts activities. Many of these activities are delivered through our education and festival programs. As people encounter ReMida materials, they are encouraged to view waste and discarded materials from a fresh perspective.
So how do I get started?
Use the contact form below to register your interest, and someone from ReMida will contact you. While you're always welcome to visit ReMida and ask in person, we may not always have time to stop and chat. By sending through a contact form or getting in touch by phone or email, we can make sure we can spend some time answering your questions.
